Flips to Fit – Work Today For a Better Tomorrow 02/22/2023

Hi everyone! Here’s a little bit more about my story: after cheering for 10 years, I wanted to find a gym that would challenge me and have different kinds of workouts every day! With that goal in mind, I found Burn Boot Camp in July 2020💙if you know me, you know that I practically live in this gym, whether I’m taking a camp or working in the childcare room! I love Burn Boot Camp because they have 45 minute workouts every day except Sunday! I never have to plan my workout - all I have to do is show up and prepare to get sweaty🫣Burn Boot Camp features different kinds of workouts every day, with strength days like leg day and push & pull, and with cardio days like athletic conditioning! The amazing trainers, genuine community, and intense workouts made me fall in love, and I have been at Burn for about 2.5 years now.

In fact, I mentioned on my blog (flipstofit.com) how many camps I’ve attended so far since I started and that I’ll be hitting 500 camps this Friday!
