Art is a passion that floods my soul to overfilling, and it is fueled by the beauty of God’s glorious creation. Anyways my imagination shot off like a rocket.

A common question I am asked is, when did I start drawing. Well are you asking when I started to make lines on paper, or when I showed skill in the arts? The first question is like asking when did you start walking. Coloring things is something that many kids learn, so yes I have been drawing pretty much all my life. However, I showed a passion for it when I was six, that was the year 2005. Ah yes

“Sandpiper in Rain” 🌧️
Currently available at
A fun experiment with texture, sand and color! I wanted the piper to look like it was running through the surf on a rainy Homer day. The sand is real sand from Kachemak Bay to give it a fun texture.

“Dandelion Plover” 💛 Available at
“This one was so fun to paint! I had tons of fun with textures and color, and experimenting with real sand for the base! May is Homers time to celebrate our shorebirds, the perfect excuse to paint our feathery little friends!”

Chokmah (Hebrew: חָכְמָה) is the Biblical Hebrew word for wisdom, often signifying practical skill, expertise, insight, and moral discernment rather than just abstract intelligence. It appears throughout the Old Testament, particularly in Proverbs, and represents a, holistic understanding that leads to effective, godly living

I painted this painting for my mom and dad, the largest painting I have done to date. I saw this elephant clearly on the canvas before I even laid the first brush stroke. I used heavy medium and a pallet knife to lay a very heavy texture and almost carved the elephant first. When it was finished, stepped back and was so excited to see how everything had come together. It was perfectly imperfect and wild and just the right amount of color.

I am so grateful for my parents and the wisdom they have shared and continue to share with me and those around them 🩵

I have been exploring and learning many new paint techniques and color theory technique. I am excited to share my next level of art with ya’ll! 😊

“Chill Puffin” 8x8 no prints
Currently at

This playfully puffin depicts a floating glacier in its cheat with the night sky in its feathers and a full pale moon in its cheek.
The water was everything I want in my one of a kind paintings. Heavy texture, rich color and fun movement.
