What is Slate Lite or Slate-Lite?

Light slate is 100% natural natural stone Natural stone surface backed with fiberglass for better stability for easy processing ability and sealing against water.

In order to produce the light slate we collect from the world the best types of slate: With our revolutionary method it is possible to produce very thin stone layers from massive slate blocks of up to 5 tons.

Because of the fact that almost everything in nature is created in layers, then by actually peeling the layer of rock, the light slate is created by injecting polymers into the rock. .

The light slate is not characterized only by its beauty and its three-dimensional beauty:

100% completely flexible.

Very easy, about 1 kilo gram per square meter what it actually saves a lot of transportation costs and logistics.

All the chemical components of Slate-Lite are not harmful to health and meet the highest quality standards.

How was the patent invented and what is the origin of Slate-Lite?

It all started in the late 80's and Ehrlich Granot was producing fountains, and standard slate tables in the US Slate boards were bonded with epoxy resin on MDF boards.

One day, the layer of slate was cut off from the stone itself and a thin layer of laminate still affixed to the resin on the MDF was discovered to Granot.

Granot Erlich immediately saw the potential for an exceptional product and experimented with various materials, until finally he came to the solution of the day.

Slate-Lite's serial production started much later:

R & D GmbH has been selling Slate Paperthin of Slate Lite in more than 40 countries since 2002 if hundreds of franchisees all over the world whose branch each uses the same products goes through the same skills solely for the sake of the end customer.
