Ingredient Highlight! ✨

With our newest seasonal specials, we brought in some new and unique ingredients! 👇

🌶️ Harissa paste is used in our Harissa Tahini Dressing. It’s a spicy chili paste made with other spices like garlic, cumin, and coriander. 

🥒 Tzatziki sauce is a creamy and tangy sauce or dip made with Greek yogurt, cucumbers, and other herbs. It’s the perfect refreshing topping for our Hearty Harissa Bowl! 

🔴 Marinated beets bring a tangy and earthy flavor. We marinate them in-house with lemon, sumac, and a bit of agave to bring in some sweetness. 

🍇 Sumac is a dried spice that comes from the berries of the sumac plant. It brings a bright and sour/ citrus flavor to our dishes. It’s also a gorgeous maroon color!

What's so special about our Ahi Bowl? 🤔

Other than our seared sushi-grade ahi tuna, we have a few ingredients we think make the bowl extra special! Pickled white radish, or pickled daikon radish, is the extra special ingredient in our Seared Ahi Tuna bowl. It adds a satisfying crunch and a pickled, peppery flavor to the bowl. They are traditionally found in Japanese and other Asian cuisines. Have you tried pickled daikon radish before?
