Easy Pumpkin bread! Love making mini loaves. 💕🎄Just mix together 2 c self rising flour, 1 c sugar, 1 tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice, 2 eggs, 1/2 butter crisco, and one 15 oz can of pumpkin 🎃 you can sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of each muffin before baking or add 1-1/2 c chocolate chips. Bake mini loaves for 25-30 min at 350
