Fundamentals!!!!

Working footwork to get the ball out quick and accurate. A QBs goal is to get the ball to athletes so they can use their athleticism to gain yards after the catch. Today we worked throwing with our feet (getting lined up to@our target as fast as possible) then throwing an accurate ball without having to regrip (which takes time). We progressed from getting our feet lined up, to throwing, to taking a snap and throwing an accurate ball (upfield shoulder). #toptierqbtraining #qbfundamentals #qbfundamentals #athletictraining #footwork
