**HIRING ELECTRICIANS** We are a growing company that designs and installs residential solar electric systems. Solar experience is preferred but not required. Candidate must have at least 1-5 years experience in residential and electrical wiring and must have strong knowledge of the NEC especially how it pertains to residential electrical wiring and best electrical wiring practices.

This position involves installing solar panels and interconnecting the solar panel wiring only to run from the junction box at the solar arrays through the balance of the system including load center, inverters, switchgear, batteries when needed, and disconnects, etc. as needed.
Job Duties May Include:
-Learn and understand all aspects of solar PV system wiring and be able to do all the electrical wiring in a commercial or residential application. Residential electrical wiring will be the primary focus of this position.
- Work regularly with the owner, project designer/ engineer and lead installers to ensure that projects are completed with a high level of workmanship and efficiency.
- Will eventually help train lead solar installers to do electrical work on residential and commercial projects.
- Check on jobs to make sure that the electrical workmanship is to code and company standards.
- Pre-job planning to compile list of parts needed for projects and thoroughly understand the scope of work. Communicate with customers to provide updates, changes etc.
- Learn and understand battery systems and load management.
-Troubleshoot existing systems as needed.
-Misc electrical work such as car charging stations, panel upgrades, gas generators etc.
- Be mentor/ supervisor for 3 or 4 apprentice electricians.
