• Star Cutter Chairman Brad Lawton and President/COO Jeff Lawton both gave heartfelt thanks to all the employees and many retirees who joined us in celebrating 50 years in business
• A Tribute Plaque was sent from Lansing signed by our State of Michigan government officials recognizing Tawas Tool Company for 50 Years!
• Local radio WKJC 104.7 FM was on hand for a LIVE broadcast that included interviews with Brad and Jeff Lawton, HR Manager Lindsey Bielby, GM Tom Giglio, and Jack Thornton, who was awarded his 50-year pin
• Alex Simioni from Star SU Brazil presented an award to Star Cutter in celebration of 50 years
• Community members, dignitaries, and potential applicants came for tours and more information about TT
