Just got home from the Oklahoma knife show. We are beat, but it was a great show! Now it's time to get ready for the next one in Illinois next weekend. Come by and say hi and pick up something pointy.

Not sure how everyone else spends their snow days but forging when it's cold out is the best way to heat the garage

Made this for a coworker. The ulu shape was much harder to forge than I originally anticipated, but I got it done. W2 and walnut my coworker cut down from his property. I don't think I'll be making another one any time soon. Ever.

Finally finished with this monster of a knife. 13 inch musso bowie knife made of Turkish twist Damascus with a stainless gaurd, brass back, and rose wood frame handle. This thing has been a challenge but it turned out awesome.

Got my table reserved for the oklahoma knife show! See you in February, OKC.

Progress picture for this knife. I've got the frame handle almost done and now have to heat treat the damascus frame parts and get the rosewood scales attached and this beast will be done.

Dusted off my engraving stuff for some practice on a stainless bottle opener. It's got a double copper boarder inlay and an engraved picture based off a drawing I did a few months ago.

Took the jeep out today to play on some rocks and in the mud. It's the first time taking this thing off road it's a beast.

Got this guy all glued up today and realized I haven't posted any knife pictures in a while. I've got several more in the works for the St. Louis show In August. This one is one is w-pattern Damascus with a copper guard, iron wood handle, and a mammoth ivory spacer.

Took a trip to Hilton Head Island last week and got in some shark fishing. Took the long way there and back through the Smokey Mountains. Now it's back to work.

Best way to stay warm on a snow day is a little forging

My boss brought me some rusty nails from pallets that he wanted made into a knife for a Christmas present for his son. So I cleaned them up and made canister Damascus and this is the end result.
