Check the size!

When shopping for WIC-approved food items, the size of the container is important. For example, when the WIC Approved Food List states a half gallon (64 oz.) container of lactose-free milk is allowed, you won’t be able to use benefits to purchase a 52 oz. container of lactose-free milk.

Unsure of the size allowed? The WIC Approved Food List is located at and on the WICShopper app.
