5:30 - Lap Swim Begins and Silent Auction is Open for Bidding

6:00- Junior Elks Jump-In

6:15- Hot Dog Dinner $5 = 2 Hot Dog Plate, $3=1 Hot Dog Plate.

7:15- Final Bids

7:25- Bid Sheets are Pulled

7:30- Settle $ And Receive Auction Items.

High Point Elks Lodge #1155 is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and financial operations of our Lodge.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Customer service and member support
• Answering phones and emails
• QuickBooks bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Payroll processing through ADP
• Vendor payments and bank deposits
• Membership and pool administration
• Event reservation management
• Tax reporting and financial record keeping

Qualifications:
✔ QuickBooks experience required
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Bookkeeping experience preferred
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality

This position plays an important role in supporting our members, staff, and leadership team while helping maintain the welcoming atmosphere that defines the Elks Lodge experience.

Benefiting the American Cancer Society

Join us on Thursday, June 18 at 6:00 PM at the HP Elks Pool for an evening of fun, community, and purpose. Swimmers are encouraged to collect pledges for the number of laps they complete, helping raise funds to support the lifesaving mission of the American Cancer Society.

Enjoy a Silent Auction, Hotdogs, and the Junior Elks Jump-In as we come together to make a difference—one lap at a time.
