It seems that the plows have not yet made it to Nuggett Rd. While a few noble warriors will be there to help get us up and running for Tuesday, the office will not be open tomorrow. Have no fear. While our office may be snowed in, our team will be ready to take your calls remotely.

Due to increasingly icy road conditions that are expected to worsen overnight, our office will be closed tomorrow, Monday, January 26, 2026. We will continue to take calls remotely and will schedule services and dispatch service requests for completion as safety allows. We hope everyone is staying warm, dry, and safe!

Marsalis Murphy was a cherished father, son, partner, friend, and member of the Preferred Service team. Along with his family and friends, we are heartbroken by the senseless violence that claimed his life this week. We have followed the news hoping for justice and have been saddened by how little is said about Marsalis the man, who he was, and what he meant to the many people who love him. Those are the things that we will never forget. Rest in peace dear friend.
