Pop by to try our new house sausage it is a savory delight especially with some of our sauce. You can definitely expect us to bring the ruckus with brisket, butts, ribs, pork belly, grits and elotes.

Recipe testing is a lot of fun for me. Creating, feedback and adjusting, applying my own take and taste. While we love to serve up hot and fresh BBQ, it is worthwhile to note that we also love to cater!

Whether it is our proverbial bread and butter BBQ, perhaps a 4-course meal for a wine tasting, maybe a traditional German Kölsch service, or holiday turkey and fixins, we've 100% got you!

We are excited to participate with our friends at - It may be chilly in our areas right now but there will be sunshine and plenty of warm BBQ for you to enjoy this upcoming Sunday! We will be there early, but serving from 1pm-7pm in full force - who knows maybe we'll be able to shop a bit as well

Hey all we've been on the quiet for a bit due to re-permitting in another county but that is to be cleared up in the next couple days.
