My journey through life. Think....Grow...Act I am a giver, I am a change agent, I am a listener, and I am a helper. I am so many things to so many people.
But how can I be all of those things when I am sick and tired. When I can barely keep up with the things of life. When my body full of fat that compromises my temple every day. I am not a super deep individual, I have just become aware of how food heals. So I make this journey to alkaline vegan as challenging as it is. I embrace it and walk boldly to my destination where I will gather what I have learned on this journey and start another path. Today I choose to live and live an abundant life.
