Well, now’s your chance to find out! I’ve teamed up with the Catawba County Library System to host a free, one-hour presentation all about acupuncture.

We’ll cover:
•What acupuncture is and how it works — from both Eastern and Western perspectives
•A brief look at its fascinating history
•Common questions (like “Does it hurt?”)
•Conditions acupuncture can help treat

To wrap things up, I’ll even do a short live demonstration on myself so you can see what an acupuncture needle insertion actually looks like.
