Lentil soup tonight. Wanted to add some extra protein in so made a sandwich for 2 of them to split. The other got crackers and pimento cheese, which she so kindly shared with me. 🥰 The lentil soup was super easy to make. 15 minutes prep. Cooked for about 45 minutes. Dishes were quick.
