This man left several filthy mattresses in our Blairsville store's parking lot after hours. Unfortunately, this is illegal dumping. If anyone can help up identify him, please message our page or our Blairsville Store page.

Dumping trash on another's property is illegal. If you want to make a donation, please know that we cannot accept used mattresses, and the law requires that you bring any donations by while we are open for business. Our hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 to 4.

More photos from our most recent shoplifting incident. If anyone can help us contact these two women, we've already contacted the police and hope to resolve this quickly and easily.

Unfortunately, taking donations without paying is still shoplifting and is still against the law.

Saturday, we found two more shoplifters taking donations. If anyone can help us identify these two women, we would appreciate it greatly! We've given these photos to the Towns County Sheriff's Department, and we're hoping to resolve this as easily as possible for everyone.

This month, we're raffling off everything a person needs for a beautiful Christmas tree!

This 3 foot tall champagne glass is filled with all kinds of ornaments, from baubles to angles, Santas to stars, and includes two 15 foot strands of gold tinsel, two strands of red tinsel, two 20 foot strands of multicolored lights, a lovely Christmas bow, a Santa hat, and a lighted angel for the top of the tree!

Tickets will be $1 for 1 ticket, and $5 for 6! The drawing will be Saturday, November 13th, at 10:00 am.

This month, we're having a raffle for this beautiful handmade quilt! Its blue rose pattern would match any season decor! The measurements are 95"x105", making it a perfect size for a queen size bed.

Congratulations to Angie Guffey! This is her 1 year anniversary with the Humane Society Mountain Shelter Thrift Store, and we've been so happy to have her!

We're raffling off these adorable pieces of pottery by local artist Brad Walker, donated by one of our caring customers! Handmade and beautifully colored, they will make a lovely addition to your home.

Your message will remain completely anonymous, and will make a huge difference to us. Please help us by stopping this from happening again. Donations are our primary income, and we need everything we can get for the shelter.
