Calling all artists and crafters! You are cordially invited to attend the Mountain Regional Arts and Crafts Guild’s monthly meeting; Tuesday, February 11 at 4:00 p.m. at Calvary Alliance Fellowship Hall, 1390 Highway 76 East, Hiawassee. This month’s guest speaker is Mayor Liz Ordiales, who will give an overview of the future of the city and the importance of the arts in our community. If you cannot make this meeting, we meet the second Tuesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. at Calvary Alliance Fellowship Hall.
Mountain Regional Arts and Crafts Guild is a nonprofit organization that supports and promotes its working artist and crafters members from the North Georgia and North Carolina Mountain area. Members work in many different medias and are also a part of Artworks Gallery and Gifts which is a retail store selling the work of Guild members and houses classrooms where Guild members teach, sharing their expertise with students on a regular basis.

Don't forget The 3rd Annual Plein Air PAINT OUT is on this Saturday,
June 18th, 2022, from 8:00 AM until 3.00 PM with a reception to follow and prizes awarded at 4:00pm.
➡️🌼🎨 This is a great time to come check out The Azalea Farm if you haven't yet! Come watch some talented artists & stroll through the beautiful grounds.
Prizes will consist of First Place- $200, Second Place- $150, Third Place- $100, and Honorable Mention- $50.
Artists may sell their paintings done on the day of the competition to guests and visitors with a 25% commission going to the Guild ( ArtWorks Artisan Center ). Artists are also invited to showcase and sell their framed paintings through an Exhibition, sponsored by ArtWorks Artisan Center to be held at a designated location. The Center will receive a 33% commission on the sale of any works sold during this Exhibition.
