This is our Colombian Swiss Water Processed Decaf!

❓What is the swiss water process, you might be asking? Glad you asked!

The swiss water process is a decaffeinating process that does NOT involve the use of harsh chemicals to remove the caffeine. It retains the majority of the flavor of the coffee, while naturally removing the caffeine with water!! It is much healthier and tastier than most store bought decaf coffees out there!

We serve it as an espresso in both shops, so you can order your favorite latte, Americano, frappe, or cappuccino decaf! We also offer it in retail bags at both locations, so stop in and take a bag home with you!

It looks like sunny days 🌞 are just going to be wishful thinking this week... Oh well. We'll keep dreaming.

STAFF SPOTLIGHT: Meet Eli! Eli has been with us since our Hiawassee location opened last year. He is always smiling and is always looking for a way to make someone's day great! He says: "My biggest goal in life is to be a prime example of someone who helps others. I want to be dependable and always there for someone to show them the love of God."

His favorite drink to make is a vanilla cold brew with cold foam, but he's ALWAYS experimenting with new flavors and drink recipes.

He says the coolest thing he's ever done is traveling to and from Canada 4 times one summer and learning to ride a jet ski and also seeing over a foot of snow for the first time all in the same week.

Hey Abide Fam! We wanted to let you guys know about an important update to our business hours! We will now be closing at 6pm every day. We hope to still pursue special events like our Blairsville location does and stay open longer hours during those events, but our normal business hours from now on will be 7am-6pm Monday - Saturday!! 💢Espresso Blend: A medium/dark espresso blend featuring Brazil and Guatemala beans (makes great drip coffee as well!)
⭕️Guatemalan Light Roast: one of our fruitiest coffees! A wonderful light roast with some citrus and floral flavors!
🚫 Decaf: A Swiss water processed decaf that’s honestly just as good as our regular coffees! No harsh chemicals are used in the decaffeinating process and nearly all the flavors are retained. If you haven’t tried this yet, you’re really missing out!
❌ Brazil X: our darkest roast coffee, blended with Indian Robusta beans offering 30% more caffeine than a traditional brazil dark roast!

STAFF SPOTLIGHT: Meet Maria! She's spending the summer with us here in Hiawassee. Her favorite drink is a Cortado (and she is awesome at making them look beautiful, by the way). She says the one of the coolest things shes ever experienced was going to the Seek23 Conference in St. Louis, MO! She says: "My biggest goal in life is to do the will of God and do it well. Hopefully that includes opening a Coffee Shop and Bookstore some day!"
