As the ADA Proponent WO, I have the distinct luxury of barging uninvited into Air Defense Artillery Branch Chief Warrant Officer’s office to unload my problems, seek out mentorship and guidance, and steal some peanut M&Ms. It is truly a privilege to have daily access to such a leader within our branch. For the rest of you, I highly recommend this interview. He sat down and shared his thoughts, experience and insights on the latest episode of the CohortW podcast, hosted by United States Army Warrant Officers Association historical foundation. She is heading to #WOCS! The U.S. Army Parachute #GoldenKnights team bid farewell to Master Sgt. Jennifer Davidson in a ceremony earlier today.

Joining the unit in 2008, Davidson has accumulated over 8,000 skydives as a demonstrator and as a competitor.

In her competitive career, she has earned 7 bronze, 13 silver, and 19 gold championship medals. She currently holds a world record and has earned four military world games championships, two World Cup championships, and two world parachute championships. As a founding member of GK-4, the Golden Knight’s first women’s team dedicated to training and winning an FAI World Parachuting Championship, she has made history for USAPT and the U.S. Army.

In addition to the women’s competitions, Davidson went on to be the first woman selected to and eventually having a leadership role in the Golden Knights 8-way formation skydiving team. She became the only Golden Knight competitor ever to win two world championships in different formation skydiving events.

We wish her the absolute best in her next endeavor as she attends Warrant Officer Candidate School and flight training as a UH- 60 Blackhawk pilot. Please join us in celebrating her time here on USAPT and in her next adventure.

Folks:

Check out this truly amazing project, being launched on 30 March by Wreaths Across America Founder Morrell Worcester and his family. CW5 Phyllis Wilson says it all below. When I was first briefed on this last Fall, my first thought was, "Wow, this is going to be like a Disney Park for patriots and their families..."

Also, Mr. Worcester personally informed me that Flagpole of Freedom will offer a 10% discount to all servicemembers and Veterans on lifetime Park Founder Memberships they purchase and will additionally donate $20 to the MSO/VSO (like USAWOA) of their choice.

Have you marked your calendar for our March 30 event? Join us and be a part of #OperationMakeHistory. Prepare to be inspired, amazed and overcome with the powerful rush of patriotism: https://www.flagpoleoffreedom.com/launch/
