To apply to receive a year’s worth of additional retroactive benefits, file your claim by this Wednesday, August 9th through VA.gov/PACT or a local VA-accredited Veteran Service Officer—for free.

USAWOA and its partners in The Military Coalition (TMC) urge Congress to pass S. 334 and H.R. 939, the Retain Skilled Veterans Act. This legislation would repeal the requirement for those retiring from military service to wait 180 days before entering DoD civil service General Schedule (GS) positions for GS-13 and below.
