Is there anyone who helps me regarding a polity issue. GA polity office have not responded upon my inquiry. It passed over two more weeks. So I am writing this.

Our presbytery jurisdiction has been assumed. So we believe all matters will be done by Administrative Commission that the synod appointed on behalf of us.

Recently, the Synod notified us to open a trial for two cases. So we are very confused. This also must be done by AC that took our jurisdiction.

Is the Synod on right track? There is no single indication or rationale and duty of AC. Also there is written nothing what we can do or what we can not do either, whatsoever.

My convenient knowledge is that all matters must be responded by the AC or AC should lead us how to do it or AC should do with us or through us or by themselves alone.

So, we don't feel any responsibility to respond to the Synod request. Give us a piece of advice. No one answers for our question. if we do not respond, is it illegal? Your help will be much appreciated for the life and mission of the presbytery.
