June is Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month, and we’re continuing our spotlight series by highlighting another incredible team member contributing to the advancement of brain health and aging research. Using cutting-edge proteomic technologies, Francheska is helping to identify the next generation of geroscience biomarkers to improve how we age with the ultimate goal of promoting longer, healthier, and more vibrant lives.

June is Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month, and at GAP Solutions, we are honored to spotlight the incredible work our employees are doing to advance research in this critical area.
One of our dedicated team members, Hasitha P., is playing a key role in the fight against Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD). Through cutting-edge automation and innovation, Hasitha is helping drive the iPSC Neurodegenerative Disease Initiative for Alzheimer's and Related Dementias.

Hasitha’s work focuses on:
🔬 Optimizing and automating the cultivation and differentiation of human iPSC cell lines
🧬 Supporting high-throughput assays for genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic analysis
🧠 Championing lab best practices to increase reliability, reproducibility, and efficiency in ADRD research

We are proud to represent and support the groundbreaking work Hasitha is doing to bring us one step closer to understanding and ultimately curing neurodegenerative diseases.

We were excited to attend one of our largest in-person events of the year the UMGC Career Expo! It was an incredible opportunity to connect with talented professionals, especially recently transitioned federal employees exploring their next chapter.
