Hi! If you don’t know me. I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Alison, I am the founder of Homegrown. An interesting fact about Homegrown Power that you may or may not know.
⭐️We haven’t always had a studio space. (Mostly not!)
⭐️The first classes taught as Homegrown-I actually led class at the original .va taproom.
We would practice on the taproom concrete floor Sunday mornings!
We’ve had many different “Homes”
It would be fun to hear from you…!
Where did we meet on a mat?
As a small business owner there have been many changes along the way.
Truth is if it were not for this practice-I would one not have ever started HPY, and two would have given up after some of the twists and turns along the way. 💫
What keeps you going? For me , knowing that this practice has and continues to ground me, care for me, transform me. I want to be able to have everyone have access to that! That is what keeps me going! This is my mission !
Grateful to each one of you I have met along the way!
and if we have yet to meet, I look forward to the day our paths intersect.
