The Right Here, Right Now Global Climate Summit is an international initiative aimed at reframing the climate change conversation as the humanitarian crisis it is. In partnership with the UN Office of the High Commissioner of Human Rights, the University of Colorado Boulder will host the summit on Dec 1-4, 2022, in-person and virtually.
The summit will convene global leaders, scientists, activists, indigenous leaders, and others to share their stories and ideas for addressing this global crisis with the goal of advancing human rights-based climate action.

To celebrate Earth Day again this year, the INFINITY team and their families participated in clean up efforts at Claude Moore Park. It was a beautiful Saturday spent volunteering in our local community and contributing to park preservation initiatives. Thanks to our wonderful guide and park staff, we learned about native and invasive plants, wildlife, the history of the park and its trails, and ways we can all help to conserve our parks and our earth.

We’re thrilled to announce that the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) is recognizing our colleagues, Debbie Stein and Emily Peters, with Collaboration Awards for their exemplary work in assisting the Best Pharmaceuticals for Children Act (BPCA) Program to develop a Framework to Enable Pediatric Drug Development. INFINITY has been selected by the Association for Women’s Rights in Development (AWID) to provide virtual event support for their upcoming month-long event, Crear | Résister | Transform: a festival for feminist movements! AWID is a global feminist organization working to achieve gender justice and women’s human rights worldwide. As a woman-owned organization, INFINITY is thrilled to partner with AWID to advocate awareness, change, and equality for women across the globe.
This year’s Festival will be fully virtual. Throughout the month of September, INFINITY will coordinate and host nearly 30 virtual sessions with dance performances, artistic expression, and insightful global panels and discussion. For the 10th consecutive year, INFINITY has been awarded a contract by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to provide logistical support to the National Capital Region Pain Initiative (NCRPI). INFINITY will manage planning, registration, speaker communications, material distribution, and virtual platform buildout and hosting in support of three NCRPI trainings.
More than 100 million Americans suffer from chronic pain; it is the most common reason patients seek physician care in the United States. These trainings are designed to provide healthcare providers, policy makers and program managers insight to current state of the art information and procedures in pain management to assist in establishing best practices and facilitate discussions on ways to improve the delivery of pain management within the active duty, wounded warrior, and military medical community.

Erin brings with her over a decade of experience providing client-focused solutions in the areas of logistics, communications, public outreach, and human services. In celebration of Earth Day 2021, INFINITY participated in the efforts within our local community. This past Saturday, our team and their families gathered at Claude Moore Park to assist with cleanup of the park’s trails, streams, and fields. It was a beautiful day full of camaraderie, community service, and the great outdoors. The 2021 BRAIN Initiative® Investigators Meeting
For the third consecutive year, INFINITY is proud to provide virtual event management and planning support to the National Institute of Neurological Disease and Stroke (NINDS) for the upcoming 7th Annual BRAIN Initiative Investigators Meeting. The meeting seeks to provide a forum to facilitate the sharing of scientific developments, collaboration, and research coordination in neuroscience. This year’s meeting will be held virtually June 15-17, 2021 and is expected to draw nearly 4,000 attendees. USDA 97th Annual Agricultural Outlook Forum
Since 2015, INFINITY has provided registration and onsite support for U.S. Department of Agriculture’s annual Agricultural Outlook Forum. This year we are thrilled to have the opportunity to expand our role and assist with the transformation of the event into a virtual environment. The Forum is USDA’s oldest and largest annual gathering. This year’s virtual event, being held February 18-19, 2021, will be even bigger with over 5,000 registered attendees. The Forum will include over 25 sessions and 100 subject matter experts as they discuss how science and innovation have helped the agricultural industry overcome challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic.

INFINITY Conference Group, Inc. was awarded a three-year logistics contract by the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) at The National Institutes of Health (NIH). This contract was awarded through our GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract vehicle.
INFINITY is the incumbent contractor for this effort, and we pride ourselves on exemplary client satisfaction and repeat awards. We are thrilled to continue our support of NICHD’s strategic initiative to advance safe and effective therapeutics and devices for pregnant and lactating women, children, and people with disabilities.
Under this contract, INFINITY will provide logistical and program support services to the Obstetric and Pediatric Pharmaceutical Branch (OPPTB) to include: meeting, scientific working group, training and research program, and webinar series management; communication and outreach; and administrative and IT support.
