Just an encouragement to everybody out there who has felt that it just hasn't been the right time to get healthy. I am currently unable to do any of my workouts due to a bum foot and I found myself feeling really gross because I wasn't eating the way I should have been. So these past few days I kicked it back into gear. Eating right and drinking enough water.
