Can boundaries be moved? Yep…just as boundaries are designed to keep the good in and the bad out—physically, territorially, emotionally—they can also be moved and shifted.

Evidence-based shifts for robust aging are available to us—without going to extremes.

Shoes are just “protectants” from punctures or heat.

Feet can have the same dexterity as hands. 🤔 Imagine if you kept your hands in oven mitts all day.
