Attention Owners:

As the end of 2020 approaches, many of you have contacted the Management office regarding the new payment books for the upcoming year. The books were ordered and are being processed, however they will not arrive before the 1st of the year.

The new assessment amounts can be located by logging into your Townsq account on January 1st. Additionally, Management can provide the amount owed on your account should you have any troubles accessing the information via Townsq. Payments must be received no later than the 15th of the month. If you are in the Direct Debit Program, your assessments will continue to be debited on the 3rd of each month at the new rate.

We hope that this information is helpful and should you not receive your new payment books by the 15th of January, please do not hesitate to contact Management. Wishing you and your Bryson family a Happy New Year!

Board Meeting:
Our next meeting with the Board of Directors will be on Tuesday March 28th at 7:30 pm in the clubhouse. All residents are welcome and will have an opportunity to speak regarding any issues in the community. We hope to see you there!

BOARD MEETING:
Due to the snow storm we had last week, our monthly Board of Directors meeting was pushed to Tuesday February 2nd,2016 at 7:30pm in the clubhouse. All are welcome to attend.

Office Closing: Please be aware that the management office and concierge service will be closed on Monday, January 18th for the Martin Luther King, Jr holiday. The concierge will return on Tuesday, January 19th at 12:01 am and management will have regular hours of operation (8 am - 6 pm). Please plan in advance for any parking needs.

Board Meeting: The Bryson Board of Directors will be having their monthly Board meeting on Tuesday, January 26th, 2016 at 7:30 pm in the clubhouse. All are welcome to attend.

Next Weekend: The Food Trucks are coming to Bryson! October 17, from 10am-1pm in the parking area between the two garages.
