DENCO Powdercoating is hiring a Bookkeeper!

Bookkeeper Essential Functions:

DENCO Powdercoating LLC is seeking an experienced part-time Bookkeeper who is highly proficient with Sage Peachtree Accounting Software to perform the following functions:
Responsibilities:
 Full Cycle Bookkeeping
 Manage all aspects of A/R, A/P and Billing
 Accounts Payable will encompass the processing of all accounts payable transactions including bills, credit card charges and invoicing client bills, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification
 Accounts Receivable will encompass the accurate posting and classification of the daily receivable transactions, preparing deposit slips when needed, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of each day’s transactions
 Preparing and filing all State and Federal Monthly Taxes, Quarterly Taxes and Income Taxes.
 Preparing and filing all W2’s & W4’s and other mandated forms.
 Handle all payroll information including inputting timesheets for payroll entry
 Reconcile monthly credit card statements
 General Ledger maintenance
 Monthly financial reports for management
 Perform other general office duties as needed
 Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management
 Filing
Requirements and Qualifications:
 College graduate (BA or BS)
 2-3 Years experience in bookkeeping with an academic background in either finance, accounting or business management
 Familiarity with Sage Peachtree Accounting Software
 Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel)
 Professional presentation and conduct
 Must be responsible and self-managed
 Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills
 Must be detail oriented

DENCO is busy & has expanded adding a 4'x4'x4' burn off oven and a 8' x 4' sandblast cabinet. This means we no longer must outsource jobs that can fit our oven & blast cabinet thereby saving our customers time & money. We've also hired an operator for this area.
