Blended the intake bottom set the pump and fabricated transom plates, on the 20’ Bahner cruiser.

Another 20’ Bahner, in for a rotted transom fix and a butchered job of an insert pump replacement!
We repared and replaced the roted sections of the transom, took out the butchery of the pump and replaced with a standard Berkley JG pump and transom plates.
Someone had installed an insert pump in a standard pump hull, with no molded pump pod. They used extra ply wood glassed to the inner transom and mounted a Dominator insert pump to it!
