Have you ever had a day where you just went off the handle with baking? Today was that for me.

First we have, the Rosemary Garlic Bread. @mustachearchery made some garlic infused olive oil and I took the left over garlic, blended with the immersion blender, stripped some rosemary and mixed it into my bread dough. This bread is so easy to put together with only 4 ingredients. Perfect for daily sandwiches.

Next we have the Chocolate Chip Banana Bread. Thanks to my lovely husband who saved the last two bananas for me, I was able to throw this together. This is a new recipe for me so we'll see how it turns out! This recipe includes a browned butter, light brown sugar and Greek yogurt. The original recipe didn't include the chocolate chips but I knew my husband wanted them so of course they had to go in. 😆

Lastly, a Mango Cheesecake. This has no crust, no added sugar and only 4 ingredients. I don't think my mango was as ripe as it should have been so let's hope it tastes as good as it looks. If you have any tips on picking ripe mango, leave a comment!

Update: The Mango Cheesecake definitely needed sugar and a ripe mango. Lol.
