Thank you to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana for another fantastic Governor's Cup and for giving our kids the opportunity to prove to themselves what they are capable of!

After weeks of training, several kids ran the 5k supported by staff and parents while their peers cheered them on along the way with handmade signs.

There is something powerful about watching a child take on a challenge they weren't sure they could do and discover strength they didn't know they had. 🥇🥈🥉

Intermountain is honored to be the recipient of Deloitte's Impact Day, the firm's annual day of service, where professionals across the US dedicate their time and skills to support local communities and non-profit organizations. They prepared flower beds and planted flowers, painted picnic tables and improved landscaping on our residential campus. ⚖️Not that we usually rate our visitors on a cuteness scale, but if we did- this little friend would sure be hard to beat. The Development Team arrived to a sweet sight this morning. Mama was nearby and they have since trotted off together. 💕Happy Thursday.

Continuing our Voices of Hope and Healing stories, from one of our school-based therapists working in the Bozeman community. “I feel like Intermountain is what the world needs right now, and what we do is so important. We are serving kids who are sometimes not treated like humans, worthy of talking to, learning, and being in school, having other experiences that other kids have. You don’t find your calling very often, and to finally have found it is really big.”

As part of mental health awareness month, Intermountain partnered with the Helena Area Chamber of Commerce to host local legislators and individuals running for office for a discussion about children’s mental health and the valuable healing work of Intermountain. We appreciate our legislators and those seeking public office. Thank you for your support!

Today, kids and staff on Intermountain’s residential campus were treated to a special performance by the Ironhorse Consortium for Young Musicians. 🎶

If you would like to experience their music for yourself, they will be performing a free concert on May 16 at 4 PM at Saint Paul’s United Methodist Church in Helena.
