Pig Wings: 3 braised, grilled pig shanks, in either a raspberry jalapeño bbq. Choice of side with side $10

The Sautee Panini :roasted eggplant, sautéed spinach, marinated roasted portabellas, roasted peppers, basil pesto and provolone cheese. 8 inch hoagie Choice of side. $7.

Shrimp Skewers: Grilled marinated shrimp skewers, maple bbq sauce, with horseradish cucumber relish . Side $10
Sicilian Pizza/Sweet Tomato Foccacia : Sweet tomato sauce, thick crust foccacia bread, topped with romano & parmesan cheese. 1 HUGE slice $5

Caprese : Fresh local tomato, basil, fresh mozzarella cheese, olive oil , balsamic vinegar, fresh grilled foccacia.$7

Paulie is tending bar at The Nacooceel Village Tavern & Pizzeria and he is serving dank beers like Rogue Brewery's Santa's Special Reserve, & Duck Rabbit Brewery's Milk Stout. Santa himself will be visiting in the Nacoochee Village at both the Habersham Winery & The Willows Pottery.
