One of the guest bedrooms at our family lakehouse, that is featured in the latest @homeanddesigndc magazine. Thoughtfully curated to allow our family and friends a place to recharge from the hustle and bustle of life.

Kicking the week off right…His office space is ready to get work done. We turned what was a damp cold storage space above the garage into the perfect place for our client to close his business deals. Separate from the main house, fitted with subzero fridges and wine drawers, coffee station and a tv lounge area, he may never want to leave. 👉🏻to see the before!!

This project is close to my heart as it’s my own family’s lakehouse. Lake Anna has been our true happy place to spend time with family and friends for the last 17 years. One positive outcome of Covid, was it allowed me time to fully renovate it and transform it to how we live. Thanks again to everyone who made it possible❤️

I’ve been asked what is my favorite room to design…answer…the bedroom. It’s the first thing we see in the morning and the last thing before we close our eyes. This room just makes me happy…bringing the outdoors in. Don’t forget to look up, the 5th wall is so important 💚💚💚

Powder rooms are the perfect spot to be a little braver, if your afraid of wallcovering…. This wallcovering was meant to be installed vertically, but we thought outside the box and wrapped this gem horizontally, allowing the beautiful stripe to make the room feel so much larger. What about those glass vanity legs😍.

Just like that 25 years comes to a close. Hard to believe how fast the time flew by. So many memories this house holds that will forever be in our family’s heart. Thank you for the good times and we hope the new owners love it as much as we did. Looking forward to creating 25+ years in our new 🏡 ❤️
