Tonight on Liberty Without Compromise, Dan and Dawna Wilson examine a growing question facing Idaho citizens: Who is really in control of government, and whose interests are being served?
The show begins with an in-depth interview with Tyler Cain of DeFlock Idaho, a grassroots organization challenging the expansion of automated license plate reader (ALPR) systems across Idaho. Cain discusses recent tort claims filed against Idaho cities over concerns that Flock Safety cameras are collecting and sharing vehicle data in ways that may conflict with Idaho law. The conversation explores the broader implications of surveillance technology, artificial intelligence, privacy rights, and what happens when government and private corporations gain the ability to track citizens' movements on a massive scale.
From there, Dan and Dawna connect the issue directly to Kootenai County, where Sheriff Bob Norris and county officials quietly pursued implementation of similar surveillance technology with little public awareness or debate. While recent public records requests indicate that automated license plate reader technology is not currently being utilized by the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office and the previous Motorola contract was not renewed, the hosts discuss whether that outcome was driven by public pressure generated after Dan Wilson exposed the program and brought it to the attention of local citizens. The conversation explores what happens when elected officials advance surveillance systems with minimal public discussion and why accountability remains essential even after a program has been paused or discontinued. When public trust in leadership has been damaged, citizens are left asking whether these efforts have truly ended—or whether they may simply return under a different name, contract, or administration in the future.
The second half of the program turns to Idaho State Representative Jordan Redman, his extensive political influence, business interests, and the role of money in shaping local elections. The hosts examine Redman's use of political action committees, his significant spending to support preferred candidates, and the growing concern that a small group of political insiders increasingly determines who rises to positions of power within Idaho politics. They also discuss the contradiction many voters see between claims of limited government principles and the use of substantial financial resources to influence the political landscape while simultaneously benefiting from government COVID-era PPP programs.
Finally, the show addresses what many see as a larger problem within the Idaho Republican establishment: a continued focus on political battles of the past while emerging threats to privacy, surveillance technology, artificial intelligence, and government overreach receive little attention. As technology rapidly changes the relationship between citizens and government, Dan and Dawna ask whether Idaho's political leadership is preparing for the future—or leaving citizens to fight these battles on their own.
As surveillance systems expand, political influence becomes increasingly concentrated, and technological change accelerates, the hosts examine whether Idaho's elected officials are truly representing the people who put them in office—or whether citizens are being forced to become their own watchdogs in defense of liberty.

From Missouri to California to North Idaho, citizens are increasingly finding themselves at odds with the very people elected to represent them.
Tonight on Liberty Without Compromise, we examine what happens when public officials stop listening—and what happens when ordinary people decide they've had enough.
Our featured guest, Lori Merriman of Wake Up JeffCo, joins us to discuss the growing grassroots movement fighting a proposed $6 billion data center project in Festus, Missouri. Residents say city leaders ignored public concerns, dismissed citizen input, and pushed forward with a deal that many believe lacked transparency. The backlash was swift: voters removed every city council incumbent up for reelection.
We'll also examine the unfolding situation in Avenal, California, where four city officials were successfully recalled by voters—yet have refused to leave office. What happens when elected officials lose at the ballot box but refuse to surrender power?
Closer to home, we'll discuss newly revealed information surrounding Sheriff Bob Norris, Coeur d'Alene Police, and journalist Casey Whalen. Official emails reportedly show that Norris requested a criminal "slander" investigation into a journalist who was reporting on the Red Tundra crash story. The investigation was opened, a detective was assigned, and questions are now being raised about the use of government resources against critics and members of the press.
We'll also revisit ongoing lawsuits, tort claims, and accountability questions involving public officials here in Kootenai County, including recent developments that continue to fuel concerns about transparency, oversight, and the growing disconnect between those who hold power and the citizens they serve.
At its core, tonight's show asks a simple question:
When the people say no... and power says yes... who do these people think they work for?
Join Dan and Dawna Wilson live for another unscripted conversation about accountability, transparency, and the issues shaping our communities.

Tonight on Liberty Without Compromise:
For weeks, the Kootenai County Board of Commissioners has been livestreaming public meetings with audio problems so severe that citizens often cannot hear commissioners, staff, or presenters. Despite repeated meetings and ongoing public business, the problem remains unresolved. We'll discuss why transparency means more than simply turning on a camera.
We'll review the newly released 911 audio from the Red Tundra incident and discuss what it reveals about the events surrounding the crash.
Then we'll examine the surprising news that Coeur d'Alene Police investigated a local journalist after the journalist interviewed and published statements from the individual claiming to have witnessed the Red Tundra accident. What happened, and what are the implications for local media and free speech?
We'll also take a look at other self-described conservatives who accepted PPP money during the COVID era. Some of the names may surprise you.
Special guest BZ Berzerk joins us to discuss the massive new data center planned for Spokane and what it could mean for the region, energy consumption, infrastructure, growth, and local communities.
We'll review the newly filed tort claim from McClintock, the man accused of taking a baseball bat to KCSO equipment, and examine the allegations contained in the claim.
And finally:
The reasons Sheriff Bob Norris should be investigated right now.
From staffing concerns and jail operations to questionable decisions, political influence, and ongoing controversies, we'll examine why many citizens are asking whether independent scrutiny is long overdue.

🚨 RED TUNDRA INCIDENT: 911 AUDIO RELEASED 🚨
After our initial public records request on June 1, 2026, was denied by the Idaho State Police due to what was described as an active investigation, including witness interviews, we resubmitted our request after North Idaho News reported yesterday on the May 29, 2026 collision report it had obtained from ISP.
Our request was subsequently granted and included, among other records, the 911 audio from the Kirk Kelso crash.
In that audio, the female 911 caller reports what she observed at the scene and states that there was a single male occupant involved in the collision.
What's particularly noteworthy is that despite the rumors, speculation, and social media narratives that followed this incident, Dan Wilson made no public claims about what occurred. In fact, Wilson deliberately refrained from commenting on the circumstances of the crash until records, reports, and other verifiable facts became available.
Yet even as facts were still being gathered, some individuals continued attempting to tie Wilson to misinformation surrounding the event.
As we detailed during last week's livestream, there is evidence that certain local operatives were once again attempting to use this incident to push a narrative involving Wilson rather than allowing the facts to speak for themselves.
This audio is an official record obtained directly through a public records request.

🚨🚨🚨BREAKING: The public was told a story about Ryan McClintock. The guy that busted the glass at Kootenai County Sheriff's Office.
But what if another story was unfolding behind the scenes?
Ryan's sister, Jessica Hite, has now come forward with serious allegations about what occurred immediately after her brother's arrest. According to Jessica, within minutes she was being contacted by individuals who wanted access to Ryan's phone, wanted updates on his communications, wanted her to contact investigators, and wanted her to publicly blame Dan and Dawna Wilson for her brother's actions.
Those are not our allegations. Those are Jessica's own statements.
The screenshots included in this post show communications involving John Padula and Brett Surplus. The tort claim excerpts included here go even further. The claim alleges that while Ryan was in custody, efforts were made to persuade family members to advance a narrative targeting critics of Sheriff Bob Norris while simultaneously attempting to direct Ryan toward a specific private program known as "the ranch."
So, let's get this straight...
A man is arrested after one of the most talked-about incidents in Kootenai County. His family is trying to understand what happened. Yet almost immediately, conversations begin shifting toward Dan and Dawna Wilson. Family members, specifically Ryan's adult sister Jessica, are encouraged to view the Wilsons as responsible.
Communications are taking place through intermediaries. Access to Ryan's phone becomes a topic of discussion. And a narrative begins emerging that Ryan was somehow acting in concert with the Wilsons.
The question is not whether Ryan committed the acts for which he was arrested. The question is whether certain individuals saw an opportunity to use Ryan's situation to build a story that served their own interests.
Why was there such urgency to connect Ryan's actions to political critics of Sheriff Bob Norris?
Why were family members being encouraged to push that narrative?
Why do the tort claim and the text messages point to the same individuals?
And perhaps most importantly, why does it appear that some people were more interested in constructing a conspiracy than understanding what actually happened?
Jessica's testimony, the text messages, and the allegations contained in the tort claim raise questions that deserve answers.
On April 4, 2026, Ryan McClintock arrived at the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office carrying a baseball bat and proceeded to smash windows before being taken into custody. The incident quickly became one of the most talked-about events in Kootenai County, generating headlines, rumors, and countless unanswered questions.
In this special segment from Liberty Without Compromise, Dan and Dawna Wilson revisit the timeline leading up to the incident and examine what was known before McClintock arrived at the Sheriff's Office that evening.
According to publicly discussed information, McClintock had spent days posting videos online making allegations against local churches and institutions. Multiple welfare checks were reportedly conducted before the incident. He later contacted 911 and allegedly informed authorities of his intention to travel to the Sheriff's Office with a baseball bat.
The Wilsons walk viewers through the timeline of events, including questions surrounding law enforcement awareness, response decisions, and what opportunities may have existed to intervene before property was damaged.
The segment also features statements from Ryan McClintock's sister, who publicly rejected claims that Dan and Dawna Wilson were involved in orchestrating the incident. She further describes efforts by others to encourage her to push a narrative blaming the Wilsons and discusses communications that occurred after her brother's arrest.
This discussion explores not only the incident itself, but also the competing narratives that emerged afterward, the role of social media, the handling of information by various individuals, and why so many residents continue to have questions about what really happened.
Was this simply a tragic mental health crisis that escalated unchecked? Were warning signs missed? And why did the focus shift from the incident itself to efforts to assign blame elsewhere?
Watch the full segment and decide for yourself.

A mysterious crash. Anonymous tips. A flood of rumors. And a question that refused to go away.
In this segment from Liberty Without Compromise, Dan and Dawna Wilson break down the controversy surrounding the high-profile crash involving a red Toyota Tundra that slammed through multiple concrete barriers and caused extensive damage near the Raising Cane's shopping center in Coeur d'Alene.
The story first surfaced during a live broadcast when viewers submitted comments claiming Sheriff Bob Norris may have been involved in the accident. Shortly afterward, the Wilsons received anonymous emails alleging Norris was the driver and suggesting there was a deliberate effort to keep the incident out of the public eye.
As the rumors spread throughout the community, a lack of reporting from traditional local news sources fueled even more speculation. Questions mounted as citizens shared photographs, eyewitness accounts, and secondhand information while official details remained scarce.
Rather than immediately accepting the claims, the Wilsons began independently verifying information, interviewing sources, and examining the timeline surrounding the incident. What they discovered raised even more questions about where the rumors originated, who may have benefited from spreading them, and whether there was a deliberate effort to entice others into repeating unverified allegations.
This segment follows the progression of the story from the initial anonymous tips and livestream comments to the broader controversy that unfolded across social media and throughout Kootenai County.
Was it simply a case of community speculation filling an information vacuum? Or was something more intentional taking place behind the scenes?
Watch the full segment and decide for yourself.

Love details his legal background, explains the circumstances that led to the lawsuit, discusses the criminal charges that were filed against him, and shares why he believes government misconduct occurred at both the tribal and county levels.
According to Love, the criminal charges brought against him were ultimately dismissed or resolved without conviction, and he is now pursuing civil claims in federal court.
