OK I cleaned up my Instagram for Peter’s side kitchen. Reason being is because I’m gonna try to start a bigger business than I had before. Hopefully it’s more profitable and will grow over time. My present employer will allow me to use the kitchen to build my side hustle. Once I get the website situated and my phenomenal partner giving me great advice on nutrition, the balls going to be rolling. So Peter Rivera on Instagram is where I’m gonna be posting pictures of myself and my daughter, Peter side kitchen is going to be solely for food. Wish me luck because I really want to do some thing big!

I happened upon boneless pork butt, so I decided to make Carnitas today. Cilantro, onions, avocado, and a tortilla. Very simple and absolutely delicious. Last night I decided between toasting pumpkin seeds to make pumpkin muffins. Little cinnamon sugar on top to boot and they were actually pretty good.

I’ve never made corned beef hash, I use Gray corn beef because the red has a coloring that is potentially cancerous, as I’ve read. I added a poached egg to the top and it was delicious.

I wanted to cook a wagyu and see if it’s really that much better. Ribeye and a fillet cooked medium rare was OK I guess. I would rather spend 20 bucks on a regular ribeye versus 80 bucks on a wagyu ribeye.

Back at it again! Burrata roasted vegetable linguini. Roasted tomatoes and broccoli at 400° for 45 minutes. Added Barata cheese and mixed it up really well. Then threw it back on the stove top to thicken the sauce evaporate the water and add basil. Cooked up some linguine pasta and mixed in the burrata and vegetables.
