This project consists of a restaurant and a double-height loft-style apartment, combining materials such as brick, wood, metal, and stucco. At ground level, there is a space between the adjacent lot and the existing building, where we are proposing an outdoor dining area for the restaurant—one section with a pergola and another with tensile structures.

Develop a modern architectural proposal that functionally activates the Trenton area economically, culturally, and technically, attracting investment and revenue through the first specialized building for film production equipped with high-tech production tools—a pioneering project.

This building is part of a set of existing spaces that complement each other to create a creative atmosphere benefiting children, adolescents, and adults alike. The goal is to establish a cultural epicenter that fosters talent within the community.

Necesito dibujante para realizar levantamientos digitales a partir de nubes de puntos y planos as built, de acuerdo con la información que se provee. Generalmente se trabajan plantas arquitectónicas y elevaciones. Se brinda entrenamiento en la herramienta.

Requisitos:

Estar inscrito en Tributación y la CCSS.
Tener bastante experiencia en AutoCAD.
Se paga por proyecto.
