For each item sold at Jordan’s Treasure Trunk, on Saturday 6/1, the store will be donating 25 cents to the family. You all are welcome to donate as much as comfortable. I will also allow all my consigners to donate their store funds to the Johnson family. (Any money accrued on his/her account) I hope we can come together to help our community members in need!

Consignment Contract
I have looked over all clothing and they are freshly laundered, no holes, rips or tears, missing button, broken zippers, excessive wear, etc. I understand that if items are in any of these conditions they will not be put out for sale and will be donated, at Consignee`s discretion. I donate to Kim's Kubbyhole, Foster Homes, Battered Women & Children and the Homeless.
Selling price for consigned items shall be determined by Taunia`s Treasure Trunk, LLC, in its sole discretion. Taunia`s Treasure Trunk, LLC (Consignee) shall be entitled to retain 60% of all proceeds from the sale of each item consigned. I (Consignor) shall receive 40% of actual selling price of consigned items.
Taunia`s Treasure Trunk, LLC may make adjustments to the selling price of consigned items as It deems necessary at its sole discretion.
I understand that any of my unsold items will be DONATED and not returned to me ( there may be exceptions to formal gowns).
I will limit my drop-offs to 20-25 items or less per delivery. Folded in a garbage bag...NO totes or boxes please. You may drop off once a week!!!
I understand that it is my responsibility to follow up on cash-outs, and that Taunia`s Treasure Trunk, LLC will not make calls to remind me of funds due. All payments must be picked up in person, as they will not be mailed. At my request, payment may also be used as in-store credit. Funds not used/picked up within 1 year will be forfeited by Consignor.
I understand that Taunia`s Treasure Trunk, LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the consigned items, and retain and/or assume, in its entirety, and risk of loss of consigned items.
