The Project Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. Maintains the job site office and closes out projects.

Job Duties:
Responsible for construction project management.

Responsible for project tools, equipment, and materials needed.
Document and record employee s hours worked on each project on timecard.
Responsible for maintaining and processing tickets to accounting, i.e. material; hauling; credit card; invoices for equipment.
Coordinate sub-contractors for construction projects.
Communicate and interact with project owners.
Director foremen on construction project sites.
Responsible for SWPPP Reports (EPA)
Responsible for OSHA Compliance.
Willingness to accept other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
10 years in construction industry.
Bachelor Degree in Construction Management and 10 years experience in construction industry.
3 years workforce management experience.
OSHA 10 card, mandatory.
Organizational skills.
Experience with Heavy Job software, mandatory
Must have at least intermediate knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office 2010 or higher used for word processing, email, presentations, and spreadsheets. Advanced knowledge and skill with these programs is preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with project owners and all levels of staff and the public. This includes the ability and willingness to build and nurture relationships within and outside 7 Summits Construction, tactful and flexible.
Knowledge of and skill in report preparation, proofreading and attention to detail.
Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
Proven background and willingness to work in an atmosphere requiring flexibility and change.
Must pass background check.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to manage construction projects from start to finish, including coordinating staff and subs, monitoring budget, and completing required reports and documentation. This position is responsible for achieving job site quality, safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include:
Serve as the company’s on-site construction manager, ultimately responsible for the quality, schedule, safety, and budget performance of the project
Assign, supervise, schedule, coach, and coordinate all subcontractors and coordinate the work of employees and vendors
Manage project schedule and paperwork, including schedules, safety documentation, and daily logs
Notify the Project Manager of any questions, discrepancies, or conditions that will affect the schedule or budget, and identify alternative recommendations
Plan agenda, take meeting minutes and lead weekly client meetings with approval of the Project Manager
Proactively solicit customer feedback
Assist with project scheduling and estimating

Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in lead carpentry and project/site management, including supervisory experience
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and with Mobile phones
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Clean, functional and dependable truck or appropriate vehicle and a valid Driver’s License

We’re seeking a bookkeeper with a minimum of 2 years experience in construction accounting and/or bookkeeping to perform day to day financial transactions, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and payroll. Assisting the project staff, the successful candidate will support the planning, construction and closeout of construction projects..

Enter invoices into Quickbooks Accounts Payable.
Pay accounts payable.
Prepare, fulfill, and distribute subcontractor and supplier checks.
Prepare lien waivers.
Run, prepare, and review various reports to support the Project staffs
Prepare and organize bills/invoices for monthly billing.
Process monthly billing
Reconcile monthly accounts
Enter and update budgets
Process biweekly payrolls.
Track, monitor, pay, & report business & employee benefits
Certified payroll for publicly funded projects
Employee onboarding and off boarding.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial and personnel data.
Administrative duties as needed; answering phones

Job Qualifications & Skills

Knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting procedures
2 years general accounting or bookkeeping experience required
Associate's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance or comparable work experience desired
Experience with Quickbooks or other accounting software
Proficiency in Excel & Word
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently on assigned duties
Ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
