Owen Zacharias Racing

I was always told I wouldn't be able to race a big car at Florence, but we made an exception for this one. Saturday I got to race the No. 6 Limited Late Model with a throwback scheme to my Uncle Keith.

We were fighting some issues with the car and qualified last, but I was able to make what we had work and figured out the top side, bringing home an 8th-place finish.

Thank you to my dad and everyone who helped put this together last minute, giving me the opportunity to do this. Love and miss you, Uncle Keith.

Speedweeks Recap

Friday: Qualified 10th. After some damage on lap one, we were able to keep going. While working our way up and passing for 5th, an incident sent us to the rear. Still managed to drive back to 14th in just 6 laps.

Saturday: Qualified 7th and was running 7th when we got turned. Didn't have enough time to catch back up, ended up finishing 12th.

Overall, I had an absolute blast being back in a Charger car. Huge thanks to everyone who helps make this possible — couldn’t do it without the support.

SNMP Thanksgiving Classic
After a mechanical issue in Saturday’s race put us starting 28th on Sunday, the goal was simple: keep the car in one piece and make passes.

After 75 laps, we were able to finish 7th.

The speed we had was strong, and I’m extremely grateful for the entire Ross Dalton Racing team and Kade Brown for getting me through the field. Couldn’t have done it without them.

P2 at the FLO!
Qualified 2nd and ran 2nd the whole race. We needed some more speed to be able to go for the win. Congrats to Ryan Zima on the victory and championship! We’ll be back on October 11th looking to finish one spot better. Huge thanks to the entire AKP team for making it happen!
