Job Description:
CSR & Dispatch coordinator will coordinate and schedule activities of our technicians. This would include answering the telephone and speaking with the customers and/or by emailing to determine whether the call requires immediate attention. Scheduling all field personnel for seasonal preventive maintenance contracts and service repairs.

Job Duties:
• Schedule & create work orders for preventative maintenance and service.
• Schedule, Dispatch and debrief & prioritize technicians about daily calls.
• Review & process work orders and purchase orders.
• Procure parts for repairs and filters and belts for maintenance.
• Review field generated paperwork and prepare for invoicing.
• Enter technicians payroll time to proper calls
• Enter and update all maintenance agreements.
• Keep good relations with owner and property managers.
• Keep good relations with co-workers and technicians.

Qualifications:
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
• Must be able to multi-task and able to perform the Job Duties.
• Outgoing, professional, ambitious, and drug-free.
• Comfortable discussing job tasks and expectations with the customer.
• Able to work Monday through Friday 8 hours per day 40 hours per week.
• Able to coordinate an on-call rotation for nights & weekends.
• Knowledge of the Tricounty area to be able to zone technicians efficiently.
• Email, excel, Purchase Orders knowledge a plus
