Some exterior trim replacement. Rotted wood entered into the window frame. My goal was to keep it from falling deeper into decay. Installed 100% PVC brickmolding and trim.

My sister's bathroom flooring replaced, along with new trim.

Completed bar....homeowner will have granite installed in a week.
