Intermittent crank no start on a Ford Fusion. This is why shops have to visually inspect and do testing to diagnose the problem. Vehicle had a connection pin broke loose from the fuel pump connector making contact at times and vehicle would start and would break contact and not start. Voltage testing on the fuel pump circuit revealed the problem. (Burnt terminal connector). Testing for diagnosis is an essential practice to give the customer the correct diagnosis and to repair the car quickly and accurately! If you need us JFM will be here for you !!
