✨ Big news — I’m officially a 200-hour certified yoga teacher! 🧘🏼‍♀️
This journey has been so meaningful, and I’m beyond excited to start blending everything I’ve learned into my virtual physical therapy and wellness coaching work 🙌🏼

With yoga in my toolkit, I take a more holistic approach to healing — combining movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and mobility to help you feel stronger, more grounded, and more at ease in your body 💪🏼💫 Whether you’re dealing with back pain, stiffness, stress, or just want to move better and feel better, I’ve got you 💛

I offer personalized programs that also include yoga-based movement (no flexibility required!) and can’t wait to eventually teach some fun, feel-good classes too 🎉
