Week 2 of Advent

Peace: Miriam brought peace to the children of Israel through her leadership.

As they were liberated from the oppressor brought a level of peace to their lives. Peace in knowing that the God who delivers has delivered them from the grips of Pharaoh.

 Today, I encourage you to find your place of peace. Find the place where you were liberated from the hand of the oppressor. Yes, we are living under oppressive rules and systems, but we do not have to bow down to those systems. We can and should continue to walk in a way that demonstrates our victory.

Choose peace.

Today we light the candle of hope.

Hold on…deliverance is near.

Get out and vote!
