Only 1 and a half beef are left unspoken for! First come first serve. These will be dropped of at processing the first part of April and should be ready a couple weeks after that.

Elk River Ranch is open for buisness! If you want a great deal on quality beef, let us know. Beef is sold by the whole, half, or quarter. Current rate is $2.05 /lb on the hanging weight. that is paid to the Ranch. that leaves the fee for the processing, which starts at $.40/lb on the hanging weight. which includes whatever cuts you want, packaged and hard froze. Currently the Beef is delivered to Cook's Custom Processing in Miami, Ok. If you have any questions let us know.
