Join us in Newton for Morning Pastries: Kolaches & Danishes — a hands-on morning in the kitchen learning to make TWO bakery favorites from scratch.

✨ Kolaches — tender, brioche-style pastries filled with cream cheese + fruit preserves and topped with streusel

✨ Danishes — flaky puff pastry shaped and filled with a variety of delicious fillings

You'll work with enriched dough and laminated pastry while learning how to shape, fill and bake beautiful morning pastries — and, of course, sit down and enjoy what you've made.

It was so much fun attending theMarlborough Labor Day parade right outside our door yesterday. Lots of local businesses and community members made for a great parade.

Our fall Test Kitchen series is open.

One afternoon a week, our kitchen becomes your child's test kitchen. They cook something real from scratch every session, build actual skills, and it ends with a Showcase where they cook for you.

Everything included. Peanut and tree nut free kitchen.

Both locations start September 14. Newton also has a Sunday group starting September 20.

Over the next 3 days (Monday through Friday), student participants will learn the basics of some French pastry techniques and classic recipes in our Newton location.
