WOD (Workout of the Day) WOD-BASICS targets all levels of Athletes, from the beginner whom has never step foot in a box, to the advanced Athlete.

We sell fitness equipment in an all-inclusive bag. Each bag contains a cable speed jump rope, custom journal, water bottle and athletic tape. Our company is based out of Portland, OR and we are on a mission to equip every Athlete with the tools to help them live a healthy lifestyle and achieve their fitness goals.
