Got some smoked mac and cheese and smoked baked beans on the smoker getting that wonderful smoke flavor on them.

Had an order of 120 smoked wings go out this evening for a new customer. Here are some pictures of the process and the transformation they took.

Hey yall, Bearded BBQ here. We are a local small business located in the Kokomo area. We do not have a permanent location because we are going to be focusing on pop us events so keep up on the page for times and locations, it will be like a tasty food scavenger hunt.

A little about us. My name is Josh and my wife's name is Liz. She is a Indiana native and I am a Texas native. I have a passion for creating the best food I can and it happens to be BBQ and my wife loves me enough to support me in this adventure. Everything we will offer on the menu will be made from scratch and we will have as many ingredients as possible locally sourced.

Growing up in Texas I got to eat the best BBQ in the world weather that was in a hole in the wall restaurant or meat market or at home after church on Sundays. All of those memories have stayed with me and drive me in my cooking today.

We look forward to getting to meet all of our future customers and getting to know yall and yall getting to know us.
