The tack room of this trailer came to us as a raw metal space. Our customer was looking for a finished out space for her tack room and sleeping area. We insulated the walls, floors, and ceiling, added a Maxxair Fan, pre-wired for a/c, added lighting, vinyl wood flooring, built a wardrobe, carpeted the sleeping area, covered the walls and ceiling with a beautiful birch wood, and more. We think it turned out great!

We just love this latest custom van conversion! The light paint colors and quartz countertops our customer selected gives the whole van a bright and open feeling.
These vans start as empty Sprinter cargo vans, which allows customers to choose the layout, flooring, paint colors, wood stains, type of heating and cooling, type of cooktop, solar option, awning option, size of refrigerator, etc. Custom really means custom!

This kitchen galley is just about complete and ready for paint and install on our latest van conversion. We can’t wait to show you the finished product!

Over the weekend we had the honor of attending the celebration of life for a member of our staff family, Dale Younts. Dale was with Jimco for over 5 years and is irreplaceable in so many different ways. We miss him tremendously already.

Our friends over at Carolina Trailer Sales just listed this great trailer for sale with a Jimco interior. A couple of decades on, and the living quarters still looks gorgeous! Quality materials and craftsmanship endures!

When adventure calls… After making some updates to this DIY van, the owner and “Vietnam Veteran” is hitting the road for the holidays and will be bringing it back for finishing touches and to update the driver side next !!!

WOW!!! What a difference on this rebuild. After years of water damage and critters, the front end of this Four Winds had to be rebuilt starting with the outside which is now finished!!! Next step is the interior….stay tuned!!!

We just finished up the crew/living quarters in the front of this massive two-level race car trailer. Although this trailer is huge, the space we had to work in was about 8 ½’ x 12’. Our customers asked for two jackknife couches, a small fridge, TV, storage, and a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. We are thrilled we were able to get everything in for them and excited about the end result.

Most of the time we are able to repair and seal leaking roofs. This travel trailer was in need of a full roof replacement. We remove the previous roof coating, replace any plywood that needs replacing (this one needed all new plywood) and roll on a whole new rubber roof.

We are usually able to get full roof replacements in and out within a few weeks, and with a lower price than our competitors.

Over the last few months, we have seen a theme of upset and disappointed new owners of recently purchased preowned travel trailers and motorhomes. They are experiencing air conditioners that don't work, leaking roofs, water damaged and rotten walls and floors, and more, that were not disclosed by the seller.

This could be that the seller was dishonest, or it could be that the seller simply did not know themselves. We highly recommend you get an RV inspected before you make a purchase whether it be by us, or another reputable repair shop. It can save a lot of heartache down the road.

RV remodels have been the name of the game this month at Jimco. The owners of this travel trailer wanted to brighten up the space which we achieved with new carpet, fresh dove grey painted cabinets and new chevron patterned flooring. We love how it turned out!

Some days you do regular stuff in trailers… And some days, you hang a monkey cage. 🙊

Over the past couple of weeks we have had three trailers come in with water damage to the flooring of their slide outs. We remove the furniture, remove the flooring, install new subflooring, install new floor covering, and reinstall the furniture.

We are able to get our customers in, out, and on their way, usually in a matter of a few days.

This amazing trailer interior is one of our favorite projects. The owner of this trailer uses it very regularly. Because we use quality products like solid woods and real leather, it looks just as good as when we completed it almost FIFTEEN years ago!
