We had the privilege of helping some friends process their meat birds this weekend. 🍗 we left feeling fulfilled and grateful for the opportunity to plug into the amazing community this lifestlye brings. Getting to share goals and bounce ideas off other homesteaders brought us so much joy and motivation. 🙌🏽

A deer scared the crap out of me tonight 😅
99% of our chickens lay their eggs in the nesting box while they free range, but there's always a couple rebels 😅
We are soaking up as much nice weather as we can before the freezing temps next week 🥶
